How to Select the Right Tire Curing Bladder to Match Your Vulcanization Process Conditions?

2025-12-24

Process parameters such as temperature and medium during vulcanization must match the performance of the tire curing bladder. The conventional operating temperature of bladders ranges from 180℃ to 200℃; for high-temperature rapid vulcanization processes, products with enhanced high-temperature resistance should be selected. When using hot water as the vulcanization medium, attention should be paid to the bladder's oxidation resistance, ensuring it is compatible with hot water systems where the oxygen content does not exceed 0.05 PPM. For nitrogen-based vulcanization, emphasis should be placed on the bladder's airtightness to prevent gas leakage, which could compromise the stability of vulcanization pressure.
